2024 Sarima Conference

Sarima is looking forward to welcoming you to Mozambique for the 2024 Annual Conference on September 3-5.

The conference will take place for the first time in Mozambique, continuing the tradition of holding every third conference outside of South Africa.

Some of the tracks will be presented in Portuguese and/or with immediate translation from English, with a view to supporting our Lusophone membership in Mozambique and Angola, but hopefully attracting delegates from Portugal and Brazil too.

The conference theme will be building on “it takes a village to raise a child” – an African proverb that conveys the message that a child’s upbringing is a communal effort involving many different people and groups.

The conference would like to parallel that concept “community and collaboration for individual and institutional growth in Research & Innovation Management”.
