Besides, it supports HEIs and training providers to adapt their training offer to researchers and employers to be aware of the wide set of competencies that are more and more requested from researchers.

ASTP, AUTM, KCA and PraxisAuril have proposed a definition of the profession and discussed it with ATTP. It is our ambition that further development of this should be managed through the custodianship of ATTP. Its partnership of national associations of KE/TT gives it a unique global view which will help uncover new activities in the profession and enable it to support new education programs and certification.
In the summer of 2020, an expert group convened the EC Joint Research Centre (JRC), published the “Knowledge Transfer (KT) Metrics’ Report” on knowledge transfer metrics. The study was part of the MoU between ASTP and the EC-JRC and for this webinar, we have invited two of the experts to unpack the findings.
