ICFO – The Institute of Photonic Sciences – is a top-tier research centre in photonics, driving innovation in quantum tech, biophotonics, clean tech, and integrated photonics. As part of its strategic initiatives, ICFO coordinates PIXEurope (European Chips JU) and plays a key role in the PIXSpain Competence Center, supporting SMEs and startups in photonic integration.
ICFO is recruiting a proactive Ecosystem Manager to join its Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) team. The role involves stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and strategic support for PIXSpain CC and PIXEurope, fostering collaboration across the European photonics ecosystem.
Requirements:

Degree in physics or a related field (PhD preferred)

Experience in EU-funded project management

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Background in photonics or deep tech desirable
