Noeleen joined ASTP in March 2017
A native Scot, Noeleen cut her teeth in broadcast journalism during 10 years in Glasgow. As new digital media emerged, her curiosity for a good story and new technology led her to work for new high-tech start ups developing cross-platform content for multi-media developers.
Matters of the heart led Noeleen to set up home in the Netherlands where she established a small English language editing business while caring for her two small children. As they grew so did her ambition to return to full-time employment. Drawing on her experience she has spent the last decade developing and executing communications strategies for various third-sector organisations.
