Has held a number of positions in Poland and USA in operations, sales, customer service, business development, strategy and general management, prior to moving to his current role.
His background is in academia, where he held teaching and research positions in mechanical engineering at the universities in Poland, Germany, Norway and USA, including Fulbright Professor at the University of Texas at Austin and Assistant Professor at the Cracow University of Technology. Published over 30 papers on heat and mass transfer in the refereed scientific journals and conference proceedings. Currently adjunct faculty of management at the universities in Poland.
