Mart is an executive with extensive international corporate business development experience in the financial sector in the Baltics and Sweden. Focusing on shifting business models, creating collaborative leadership, and applying his studies of innovation management at Stanford GSB - Changing Lives, Organizations, the WorldHe has experience as an entrepreneur, board member, and angel investor and co-founded ecosystem movements like the most extensive entrepreneurship program Ajujaht, and Innovation Leaders Club in Estonia.
