Grace manages the European Commission-funded Innov-8-2-Create programme, leading collaborative innovation efforts within the EU. She designs and implements training programmes to foster a culture of innovation within the university and beyond.
Grace has a BSC (Hons) in Biotechnology from the University of Galway, and previously worked as a Research Programme Manager at the National Institute for Health and Care Research in London. Grace is PRINCE2 Project Management certified and is an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Biology (AMRSB).
