Doireann is a Senior Interdisciplinary Research Funding Specialist at Trinity College Dublin.
At Trinity, Doireann is a Senior Interdisciplinary Research Funding Specialist, where she is responsible for supporting inter- and transdisciplinary research development and funding applications.
Prior to this, she managed the SHAPE-ID Horizon 2020 project at the Trinity Long Room Hub Arts and Humanities Research Institute. With an interdisciplinary arts and humanities background, Doireann’s PhD research explored how digital networks and platforms were transforming photographic culture and communication.
She previously worked as a research funding officer in the School of Computer Science and Statistics at Trinity, an instructional designer, an art critic and a lecturer in Photography and Visual Culture.
