Claire is a organisational psychologist who has worked in learning and development for over 20 years. She has a wide ranging background and experience with clients in the commercial, not for profit and higher education sectors including several university based technology transfer organisations. Claire is based in London and until February 2020, was travelling regularly throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East working for both UK and non UK organisations.
Claire’s areas of specialism include coaching individuals and teams, leadership development and team development at all levels. She is particularly interested in developing the way in which individuals operate within teams, within the context of the culture and practices of the organisation and in developing the management and leadership approach which contributes to the team’s success.
Claire has a BSc in psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is an Accredited Coach and is qualified in a wide range of psychometric and personality profiling tools. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and was a committee member of the Division of Coaching Psychology for 3 years where she chaired the Publications and Communications Sub Committee. She spent a number of years on the Editorial Advisory board for Coaching at Work Magazine and has contributed to publications on the subject of coaching.
