As business development manager Annemieke facilitates technology transfer and licensing at University Medical Center Utrecht and University Utrecht the University of Applied Sciences and the University of Amsterdam. She supports researchers protecting intellectual property such as patents and software and negotiates licensing agreements with start-ups and industry partners. In addition, she facilitates venture building in cooperation with other knowledge transfer offices in the Netherlands as it has been set up in the program Thematic Technology Transfer (TTT-AI).
She has a background in Physics and Technology management, followed by working as manager and business developer in governmental organizations and industry.
