Marnix holds a degree in Corporate Law and commercial law. He also holds a bachelors degree in Organic Chemistry from Leiden University. With this combination, he is well equipped to meet the commercial and corporate needs of life science companies and in understanding and appreciating the scientific value of their activities.
Marnix has worked at a Dutch bank where he was engaged in cross-border M&A transactions and trading of capital goods. From 2010 to 2013 he worked as a liquidator in the insolvency practice. After obtaining his bachelor degree in organic chemistry Marnix decided to return to the law practice to combine his legal expertise with his scientific background.
Marnix enjoys long walks on the beach with his wife and his dog, to swim and to watch Formula 1 races.
