Ilse has professional experience in corporate contracts, commercial research and development contracts, and technology transfer activities, with a strong focus on activities in private and public partnerships in the context of national and European funding agencies.
She started her career in January 2011 with the private law firm VDB Advocaten, working in the Dutch Brabantine area, representing clients in the SME branch in the areas of technology, e- commerce, and corporate law. In December 2017, Ilse joined the Corporate Intellectual Property Department at ASML and expanded her expertise regarding drafting and negotiating research collaboration contracts and technology transfer contracts in support of the company’s research department.
