Dr. Harro Stokman is the CEO and founder of the University spinoff Kepler Vision Technologies. Kepler raised €9M in funding to date. He was also the CEO and founder of University spinoff Euvision Technologies, which Qualcomm acquired in 2014.
Dr. Stokman has a Ph.D. in Computer Vision from the University of Amsterdam.
