Licensing and Business Development Manager, Technology Opportunities and Ventures
Dr. Elizabeth Sheckler (Beth) is the business development manager for creative and digital works at New York University’s Technology, Opportunities, and Ventures, where she specializes in copyright and trademark protectable intellectual property management, commercialization, and broad impacts.
Beth entered technology transfer in 2018, while completing her PhD in English Literature (2019). She is an active member in AUTM, and has spoken at annual and Software conferences on matters related to creative works.
She received the Howard Bremer award in 2020 as a rising star in tech transfer. In her prior position at the University of New Hampshire, she served as the lead I-Corps instructor.
