He will talk about his experiences and learning opportunities along the way to help other scientists follow in his path.
Currently the Head of Research and Development with the indoor garden company Click and Grow, a developing global leader in home and indoor gardening solutions, Martin went from researcher to Research and Development project-lead at universities and a technology competence centre.
An inventor, IP specialist, founder and CEO of a spin-off, start-up mentor and grant writer, Martin has been at the heart of many pioneering initiatives in Estonia which have provided plenty of opportunities for exploration, experimenting and building.
Martin will talk about his observations along his track on the forming landscape of knowledge transfer in Estonia.
