With over 20 years experience in the management of collaborations between industry and public research institutions, Cécile started working in 2013 at the Business and Innovation Interface of University of Liège where she set-up successful creativity-based initiatives to further develop collaborations among industry, non-profit entities and the university.
She now works at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, supporting spin-off creation and licensing. In addition, she has served on the board of several spin-offs and of regional and economic development institutions in Belgium. She is certified as RTTP (Registered Technology Transfer Professional) by ATTP (Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals).
Cécile graduated in Management of Information System (MIS) at the University of Grenoble. Prior to working in Belgium, she worked in Luxembourg at the Henri Tudor Research Center (now LIST) where she headed a research and innovation team in MIS. Among others, she contributed to the design and deployment of the performance measurement system of Luxembourg public research.
