Associate Legal Officer in the IP Disputes Section of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva
Andrzej Gadkowski is an Associate Legal Officer in the IP Disputes Section of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva. He administers domestic and international commercial arbitrations and mediations related to IP and technology disputes. Before joining WIPO in 2016, he gained professional experience working with international organizations, academic institutions, Polish Diplomatic and Consular Service, and law firms in Poland. Andrzej holds a Ph.D. in Law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland) and the University of Geneva; he is an Attorney-at-law admitted to the Poznań bar.
