Agnieszka, or simply Aga, advises on a wide range of intellectual property and commercial transactions, which include research collaborations, clinical trial agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property. She is heavily involved in the university sector but is also engaged in long-term part-time secondment to a spin-out company client where she continues to provide the company with advice and assistance in respect of development and commercialisation of their pioneering technology.
Aga also regularly delivers training sessions for those involved in drafting and negotiating research contracts.
