The ATTP Programme Manager shall, oversee all facets of day-to-day activity and be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of volunteer activities. The ATTP Programme Manager role is a hands-on one which delivers practical administrative support. The Programme Manager shall also work closely with the Chair of the ATTP Board as well as Chairs of the Course Review Committee and for progressing the activities of the Alliance, stakeholder engagement, and promotion of all aspects of ATTP.
Base Location: Leiden, Netherlands
Salary: Monthly € 1,587 for 0.6FTE ( based on monthly gross € 2,645 1.0 FTE)
Hours per week: 24 hours per week
Special Conditions: The post will be based in Leiden. Flexible working and the ability to travel internationally will be required

ATTP is formed in March 2010, and is registered as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee in Scotland. ATTP’s governing Board of Directors is comprised of a representative from each of the founding alliance associations: ASTP, AUTM, KCA, and PraxisAuril. We maintain internationally recognised standards for the knowledge and technology transfer profession.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Operations: The ATTP Programme Manager is ATTP’s head of operations, responsible for the delivery of all facets of day-to-day activities, including administration, finance, IT, communications, marketing co-ordination, development of activities, sponsorship sales and meeting management. Directly accountable to the Board of Directors, they manage the ATTP Office, ensuring the effective and efficient use of ATTP resources within an agreed budget.
- Communications: the ATTP Programme Manager is one of ATTP’s key advocates, leading on communications with Alliance Associations, stewarding relationships that will help realise the objectives of the strategic and operational plans. They are also responsible for ensuring communications within the Council and for timely co-ordination of Council-driven activity.
- Support for volunteers: The ATTP Programme Manager provides administrative support and guidance to ATTP volunteer committees to enable efficient and timely execution of the operational plan. Those committees are: Course Review, Professional Recognition and Marketing.
- Support to the Board: The ATTP Programme Manager provides administrative support and guidance to the Board and in particular to the Director of Finance in respect of financial management and reporting.
